Our lambs are raised on pasture on solar farms in the Kawartha Lakes.

The meat is available in a variety of cuts:

Solar Grazing

By utilizing sheep for vegetation management at solar sites, the need for mechanical mowing or the use of herbicides is eliminated. Grazing helps promote biodiversity & protects pollinator habitats by capturing carbon & protecting from soil erosion, all while producing sustainable nutrient-dense food, renewable fiber & energy.
